The rankings that mean the most
The top rankings that we’re most proud of were for business value, customer satisfaction and ease of use. These are also the ones that probably mean the most to users.
For example, in business value, BARC said, “Business benefits like increased transparency of planning, improved integration of planning with reporting/analysis, better quality of planning results, and more precise/detailed planning are regularly achieved with Planning Analytics.”
Then, in customer satisfaction, BARC said that the results place IBM “comfortably ahead of its rivals…” And, in ease of use, they said, “With its Excel user interface, customers confirm that Planning Analytics is easy to use compared to other software generalist’s tools. As a result, IBM is top-ranked for ease of use in [its] peer group.”
