All training is carried out by senior consultants who have many years implementation experience so can answer many questions that are not always found in the training manual.
Our Support Desk offers first line support to clients and is manned by our UK team of technical experts. With over 20 years product specific knowledge, many queries are resolved via a telephone call. For software queries and bugs, we raise a support ticket with the software vendor and manage the ticket through to close.
We also provide an optional “Application Support” service so clients can raise support queries that relate to the application itself, rather than the software programme.
