Health Checks

As part of our consulting portfolio we offer a Health Check for customers who feel that they are using the product on a sub-optimal basis.

The scope of a Health Check is agreed between the customer and ICit prior to the engagement, it typically includes the following components:-

• Recommendations to improve the solution.
• An overview of the resource requirements for both ICit and the customer to complete and optimise the application for future usage.
• A high-level project plan together with the associated costs and timeline for the delivery of the remediation and optimisation of the model.
